10.00-11.30 Visit to Castaldi Winery in Briona --> transportation by Private BUS arranged by CERSEO
12.00-14.00 Visit to Ioppa Winery in Romagnano Sesia
Aim: to compare a family-run business with a larger-scale industrial one.
