Sunday, 27th April: Arrival and visit to Copenaghen – transfer to Odense by train late in the afternoon
Monday, 28th April: Matthijs will be responsible for your day, as he teaches the main courses on Food and Experiences. Presentation of Kold College by Lone (might be postponed)
Meeting Ms Lone Iversen at 08:30 am. in the canteen at Kold College. SIATE PUNTUALI PLEASE
You must wear your chef's uniforms when you arrive.
Tuesday, 29th April: Martin will be responsible for your day, as he teaches the main courses on Food and Experiences. (+ small excursion to participate to seaweed harvesting)
Wednesday, 30th April: Preparation for the seaweed festival together with Martin. Your students also have the opportunity to participate in the seaweed festival. Martin will guide them.
Thursday, 1st May: Execution of the seaweed festival at Hindsgavl in Middelfart together with Martin. The intention of these days is to work with vegetables and sustainability.
Wednesday, 2nd May: Departure: You have to leave the rooms before 09.00 a.m
